Philadelphia Business Journal – Cool Offices: Center City commercial makeover
The Graham Co., an insurance and benefits broker, just finished a year-long makeover to several floors of its workplace.
The updated space now has fresh technology, additional conference rooms and more private working areas.
It’s training program, Graham University, which educates new hires on the ins and outs of the insurance industry, has also been improved. It’s new classrooms now have sit-to-stand desks, whiteboard walls and open spaces for collaboration.
“Our new, modern space is infused with technology innovation along with architectural glass features to create an open feel, dynamic conference rooms, private working spaces, and enhancements to our industry-leading training program,” said Ken Ewell, president and chief operating officer.
“We’ve already seen the positive impact of these renovations on our office culture, and are certain that the improvements to our training space will make the program even more effective, ultimately producing highly skilled employees who will provide the best service to our clients.”
